Aqua Bio Technology ASA: Registration of share consolidation

Reference is made to the resolution by the general meeting of Aqua Bio
Technology ASA (the "Company") on 16 February 2026 regarding a share
consolidation (reverse share split) in the ratio 50:1, and the key information
notice regarding the share consolidation announced on 25 February 2026.

The share consolidation has today been registered with the Norwegian Register
of Business Enterprises. Following such registration, the share capital of the
Company is NOK 16,139,675 divided into 3,227,935 shares, each with a par value
of NOK 5.00.
