Aider Konsern Delivers Strong Growth in Q4 and Concludes a Transformative 2025

Oslo, 26 February 2026
Fourth quarter summary
2025 was a transformative year for Aider, characterized by continued strong
growth, the launch of new business lines such as Aider Legal, the execution of
the Group’s AI & automation strategy, the establishment of new group-level
management capabilities to support a larger and more complex organization, and
the development of a value‑creating ownership dialogue with Castik Capital.
These developments demonstrate Aider’s ability to execute an ambitious strategy
with impressive speed.
For the full year 2025, revenues grew from NOK 1,340 million in 2024 to NOK
1,963 million in 2025, representing 47% year‑on‑year growth. Adjusted EBITDA
increased from NOK 217 million to NOK 313 million, corresponding to 44% growth.
Performance reflects significant contributions from acquisitions alongside
continued strength in core operations.
M&A activity remained at historically high levels, with 36 acquisitions
completed during the year. A key milestone was the signing of a landmark
agreement to acquire Baker Tilly Denmark, which closed in February 2026 and adds
approximately 180 employees and a comprehensive service offering including
accounting, advisory, payroll, BPO/technology services and audit. This
significantly strengthens Aider’s Nordic platform and expands future add‑on
acquisition opportunities.
Aider enters 2026 as a fundamentally different company than at the start of
2025, with an expanded service offering, strengthened leadership capacity,
broader geographic presence, and a more scalable operating model.
The full Q4 2025 interim report is attached.
