Omda AS
Oslo, Norway, 26 February 2026 – Omda AS (Euronext Growth Oslo: OMDA)
today announced its financial results for the forth quarter of 2025.
Omda delivered a record-strong fourth quarter and closed 2025 with
revenues of NOK 135 million in Q4. For the full year, the company
exceeded its revenue guidance, reaching NOK 496 million. This implies
16% growth while delivering an EBITDA margin in line with the guided
range (24%). These results were achieved in parallel with the successful
integration of the company’s three most recent acquisitions.
“Following a record year, we have clearly demonstrated predictability,
profitability, and scalability,” says CEO Sverre Flatby.
For 2026, Omda guides for revenues of NOK 500–525 million, plus an
additional 10–20% growth from acquisitions. The company expects an
EBITDA margin of 28–32% in 2026 and indicates continued margin
expansion driven by increased use of AI agents in development, testing,
and documentation.
“The 2026 guidance implies robust operating cash flow. Our capacity for
both dividends and acquisitions will continue to strengthen - so it’s
time to fasten your seatbelts,” Flatby adds.
Omda’s revenues are generated from public specialised healthcare and
emergency services, providing the company with multi-year earnings
visibility and minimal exposure to short-term macroeconomic volatility.
“The combination of profitable organic operations and significant
inorganic potential positions Omda as both a safe haven and an
attractive growth case,” he concludes.
Highlights from the report:
- Q4 2025: All-time high quarterly revenue (NOK 135m).
- FY 2025: Revenue above guidance (NOK 496m, 16% reported growth).
- FY 2025: EBITDA margin 24%, more than double compared to 2024.
- 2026 guidance: NOK 500–525m with 28-32% EBITDA margin - reiterated.
- 2026 inorganic target: M&A pipeline support 10–20% inorganic growth.
