Loan agreement

Hynion AS (the “Company”) has entered into a loan agreement with Galileo
Ventures AS and an external investor.

Under the agreement, the Company may draw loans of up to NOK 5.0 million in
total, of which up to NOK 3.0 million from Galileo Ventures AS.

The loan agreement has a term of up to 12 months. Disbursements under the loan
agreement are subject to certain agreed conditions.

Since Galileo Ventures AS is a related party to the Company. The transaction
will be handled in accordance with section 3-8 of the Norwegian Public Limited
Liability Companies Act.

This information is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to section
5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
