Lime Petroleum Holding Delays Publication of H2 2025 Financial Figures

Lime Petroleum Holding AS ("LPH" or the "Company") announces that it will not
publish financial figures for the second half of 2025 (H2 2025) at this time.

This follows the Company’s press release dated 16 February 2026. Given the
ongoing strategic and financial review and the uncertain outcome of the related
refinancing process, the Board considers that publishing H2 2025 figures now
would not provide the market with a fair and accurate representation of the
Company’s financial position.

A revised reporting timeline will be communicated once the strategic review has
progressed sufficiently.
