investors, analysts, media and other stakeholders to attend its Capital Markets
Day on Tuesday 3rd March, at 14:00 CET.

Reference is made to the press release 16th February where Ocean GeoLoop
announced new company structure and the launch of cooling as a new business
line, and the announcement of the Capital Markets Day 3rd March.

The event will be held in the office premises of Advokatfirmaet Schjødt,
Tordenskioldsgt 12, Oslo. For those who wish to participate digitally, it will
be possible to follow the event via Teams. A Teams link will be provided after
registration. At the Capital Markets Day the company will provide:
• an in-depth presentation by Hans Gude Gudesen on the technological foundation
underpinning the establishment of Cool AS
• an update on the group’s new focused company structure, updated management
team and capital allocation priorities
• defined commercial milestones across Cool, Capture and Energi Teknikk
• insight in the next phase of carbon capture monetisation, including modular
units and industrial partnerships

The event will include presentations from founder and inventor Hans Gude
Gudesen, Anders Onarheim, KC Littlefield, Odd-Geir Lademo and Iver Båtvik.
