NRC Group ASA Appointed to a civil contract in Norway - NOK 170 million

Helse Sør-Øst RHF has appointed NRC Norge AS, a company wholly owned by NRC
Group ASA, to a contract for delivery of the structural framework for the
parking basement at the New Aker Hospital in Oslo.

The contract is valued at approximately NOK 170 million. The work will
commence in April 2026 and is scheduled for completion in October 2027.

Our focus has been clear - prioritizing the right projects over quick wins.
This contract shows the strength of our discipline and supports our long term
profitable growth. This is a strategic important win both for Norway and for

Closing date for submission of complaints is 10 days from today, and formal
contractual signing can take place after this period at the earliest.
