On February 25 2026, Knatten I AS, a company associated with Jan Erik Tveteraas,
CEO and primary insider of Soiltech ASA, purchased 2,500 shares at an average
price of NOK 83,8 per share in Soiltech ASA. After the purchase Knatten I AS
holds 622 500 shares in Soiltech ASA.
