Sandnes, Norway, 25 February 2026: Desert Control AS (the "Company") held an
extraordinary general meeting (the "EGM") today, on 25 February 2026 at 14:00
hours CET.

The items on the agenda were adopted by the EGM in accordance with the proposals
of the board of directors in the notice sent to shareholders on 11 February
2026.
