(“Constellation” or the “Company”) announces the schedule for its Full-Year 2025
earnings release and investor conference call and confirms its participation in
upcoming financial and industry conferences.

Earnings Release and Conference Call Details

Constellation will release its Full-Year 2025 financial results on March 23,
2026, via its investor relations website (ri.theconstellation.com). A conference
call to discuss the results will be held on March 24, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. BRT
(9:00 a.m. EST | 2:00 pm CET). Investors and analysts are encouraged to join the
