Aqua Bio Technology ASA: Key information notice relating to reverse share split and change of ISIN

Reference is made to the resolution by the annual general meeting of Aqua Bio
Technology ASA (the "Company") on 16 February 2026, regarding, inter alia, a
share consolidation (reverse share split) of the Company's shares in the ratio
of 50:1. Key information related to the reverse share split is set out below:

· Reverse split ratio: 50:1, i.e. fifty (50) old shares give one (1) new share
· Date on which the corporate action was made public: 26 January 2026
· Last day including right: 26 February 2026
· Ex-date: 27 February 2026
· Record Date: 2 March 2026
· Date of approval: 16 February 2026

Following completion of the share consolidation, the par value of the
Company's shares will be increased from NOK 0.10 to NOK 5.00. Shareholders who
do not own a number of shares which can be divided by 50 shall, in connection
with the reverse share split, have their shareholding rounded downwards, so
that the shareholder receives a whole number of shares. Fractional shares will
not be issued, and the shareholder will not receive any compensation for the
rounding. The fractional shares will be added together to whole shares and
will be sold at Euronext Expand. The net proceeds from such sale shall be
donated to a charitable purpose as determined by the Board of Directors.

In connection with the reverse share split, the Company's shares will be
transferred to a new ISIN. Key information for the change of ISIN is set out
below:

· Date of ISIN change: 27 February 2026
