Vegfinans Viken AS – Successful Issuance of new NOK Bonds

Vegfinans Viken AS
Vegfinans Viken AS, with issuer rating AA (Stable) by Scope Ratings, has today
issued bonds with at total amount of NOK 1,200 million. The transaction was
split into three tranches:
- NOK 600 million with a tenor of 3 years and a floating rate coupon of 3 months
Nibor + 0.24 % p.a.
- NOK 200 million with a tenor of 3 years and a fixed coupon rate of 4.38 % p.a.
- NOK 400 million with a tenor of 5 years and a floating rate coupon of 3 months
Nibor + 0.32 % p.a.
The new bonds will have a guarantee (selvskyldnergaranti) from the Municipality
of Bærum.
The net proceeds will be used for financing of the E18 Lysaker-Ramstadsletta
project. The bonds will not be rated.
Settlement date is set to 27 February 2026 and the new bond issues will be
applied for listing at Nordic ABM.
DNB Carnegie and Handelsbanken acted as Joint Lead Managers.
