dividend announced by Stainless Tankers ASA (the "Company") on 4 February 2026.

Dividend amount: USD 0.135 per share

Dividend distribution: in NOK at 1.28426 per share

Last day including right: 5 February 2026

Ex-date: 6 February 2026

Record date: 9 February 2026

Payment date: on or about 2 March 2026

Date of approval: 3 February 2026

Other information: The distribution will constitute a repayment of the Company's
paid-in capital.
