RANA - Rana Gruber ASA - Approval of extension of acceptance period

Finanstilsynet, in capacity as takeover supervisory authority, has approved an
amendment to the following offer set out in the offer document dated 26 January
2026 in respect of:

Voluntary offer to acquire the shares in Rana Gruber ASA made by Drakkar BidCo
AS.

The amendment relates to extension of the acceptance period.

Acceptance period, as extended: to 10 March 2026 at 16:30 hours (CET) (subject
to extension).
