Oslo 24. February 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement
published by Hynion AS («Hynion» or «Company») on 10 February 2026, calling for
an extraordinary general meeting. Today, the extraordinay general meeting in
Hynion was held as a digital meeting.
