JPMorgan Chase & Co. ("JPMC ") no longer has a notifiable interest in the share
capital of Rana Gruber ASA as a result of trades by its subsidiary J.P. Morgan
Securities PLC. The total number of shares held by JPMC on 20 February 2026 was
126,025 being 0.340% of the issued share capital and voting rights of the
company. The holding in JPMC crossed a notification threshold of 5% on 20
February 2026.
