Klaveness Combination Carriers ASA Major shareholding notification

24 February 2026: EGD Shipping Invest AS ("EGD") has today sold 1,000,000
shares in Klaveness Combination Carriers ASA (the "Company"), representing
approximately 1.68% of the share capital and votes in the Company, at a price
of NOK 89.00 per share for a total transaction size of NOK 89 million (the
"Transaction").

Following completion of the Transaction, EGD holds 2,650,000 shares in the
Company, representing approximately 4.45% of the share capital and votes in
the Company. EGD holds no other rights to shares in the Company.

EGD is represented on the Board of Directors of the Company. Please see
attached notification form for further details.

Clarksons Securities acted as sole bookrunner in connection with the
Transaction.
