has granted Pareto Securities AS a mandate to purchase shares limited to NOK
8.000.000 million related to the bonus and employee share purchase program. The
stock exchange announcement on 02.02.2026 stated that the shares could be
purchased until no later than 20.03.2026. The buy-back program commenced
03.02.2026.

In the periode from 03.02.2026 to 20.02.2026, Pareto Bank has repurchased a
total of 38,000 of its own shares at an average price of NOK 82.1444 per share.
