Photonike Capital SA Ordinary Shareholders Meeting approves FS2024 with 575.070 Euro Net Profit

The Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Photonike Capital SA. held yesterday with 86,03% of shares partecipating, approved the 2024 Financial Statements.  The year closed with 575.063,90 Euro of Net Profit allocated to reserve.

The company has confirmed its plan to transform into a reinsurance company, subject to authorization from the NBB, to which the application will be finalized in the coming days.

Investments have been confirmed in the acquisition of the Insurance Broker in France and in the Italian company AI Technology for the development of the beta version of the risk calculation and forecasting software based on causal inference technology.
