Sale of MPSV Energy Empress completed today

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Golden Energy Offshore
Services ASA (the "Company") on 23 January 2026 where the Company announced that
its subsidiary Energy Empress AS had signed a binding sales agreement for the
MPSV Energy Empress against a gross sale price of USD 30 million. The sale has
today 19 February 2026 been successfully completed.
