Office building in Sandvika to be refurbished

HENT AS, a subsidiary of Sentia, has signed a contract with Kalk Eiendom AS
for the refurbishing of Rådhuskvartalet property in Sandvika. The contract
value is approximately NOK 125 million, excluding VAT.

Located in the centre of Sandvika, Rådhuskvartalet project involves the
transformation of a historic building into new commercial premises for office
and food and beverage purposes, as part of a broader ambition to create
increased urban activity, vibrancy and quality.

HENT and Kalk Eiendom have successfully completed a collaborative
pre-construction phase and will now proceed with the refurbishing of the
approximately 10,500 sqm (GBA) building. The project will be carried out in an
operational building, with varying scope of works across different areas.

Construction is scheduled to commence in March 2026, with an estimated build
period of approximately one year.
