B2 Impact ASA: Successful listing of bond B2I10

Reference is made to the stock exchange notices of 4 September 2025 regarding
the placement of a EUR 100 million senior unsecured bond, and of 15 January
2026 regarding the successful completion of a tap issue of EUR 200 million
(the "Bond").

The Bond will be listed with ISIN NO0013648998 on Euronext Oslo Børs on 20
February 2026.

The Base Prospectus was approved by the Financial Supervisory Authority of
Norway on 11 February 2026, and together with the Final Terms for the Bond, is
