B2 Impact ASA: Share capital increase registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement of 12 February 2026
regarding the exercise of employee share options and subsequent share capital
increase.

The share capital increase related to this exercise of employee share options
was registered today with the Norwegian Registry of Business Enterprises.
Following this increase, B2 Impact ASA's share capital is NOK 37,087,048.50,
divided into 370,870,485 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.10.
