Pryme received a shareholders request to convene an EGM to consider de-listing
of Pryme’s shares
Rotterdam, 18 February 2026
Pryme (the “Company”) has received a letter from shareholders representing
approximately 88.3% of the Company’s share capital in which they request that an
extraordinary general meeting of shareholders (“EGM”) be held with the proposed
resolution for adoption by the EGM that the Company shall apply for a de-listing
of the shares in the Company from Euronext Growth Oslo. The Company will
consider the proposal and, in accordance with the Company’s articles of
association and applicable law, arrange for an EGM to be convened in follow-up
to the request made. The agenda and notice for the EGM will be published in due
course.
