Dolphin Drilling and Vantris have entered into a Marketing Agreement related to Blackford Dolphin in Southeast Asia.

Oslo/Kuala Lumpur -- 18 February 2026 (Dolphin Drilling AS (OSE:
DDRIL)/Vantris Energy Berhad (KLSE: VANTNRG]: Dolphin Drilling Offshore AS, a
wholly owned subsidiary of Dolphin Drilling AS ("Dolphin Drilling") and Sapura
Drilling Asia Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Vantris Energy Berhad
("Vantris") have entered into a Marketing Agreement relating to the
semisubmersible drilling unit "Blackford Dolphin".

According to this Marketing Agreement the rig shall be marketed by Vantris on
a non-exclusive basis in Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam and
other locations as may be agreed.

Dolphin Drilling with access to the fastest growing energy consuming region in
