2020 Bulkers Ltd. (2020) Approval issuance of shares

Reference is made to the announcements by 2020 Bulkers Ltd. (the "Company")
regarding its option program.

The Company has received exercise notice from a participant in the share
incentive program and the board of directors has consequently resolved to
issue 50 000 new shares.

The new shares will be issued and delivered to the option holder subject to
payment of the strike price of USD 10,64 per share and to the Company's
compliance with section 4.8.4.4 of Rule Book II and its relating Notice
4.8.4.4. The Company will make a separate announcement when such conditions
are met and the new shares are issued.
