Parc Bidco AS – Approval of prospectus for listing of senior secured bonds

Oslo, 17 February 2026: On 11 February 2026, the Financial Supervisory Authority
of Norway approved a prospectus prepared by the company in connection with the
listing of the Parc Bidco AS FRN senior secured EUR 200,000,000 bonds 2025/2028
(ISIN NO00135478800) on Euronext Oslo Børs. Trading in the bonds commenced
today, 17 February 2026.
