Circio Holding ASA: Registration of share capital increase following directed issue of NOK 3.6 million

Oslo, 17 February 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement
published by Circio Holding ASA (the "Company") on 6 February 2026, regarding
the directed issue of NOK 3.6 million (the "Directed Issue").

The share capital increase related to the Directed Issue has been registered
with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises today, 17 February 2026.

The Company's new share capital is NOK 128,944,012.20 divided into 214,906,687
shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.60. The shares are expected to be
issued and delivered today, 17 February 2026.
