Norconsult: Mandatory notification of trade by primary insider

Sandvika, 16 February 2026 (OSE: NORCO): Nils Morten Huseby, Chair of
the board in Norconsult ASA (the "Company"), has today purchased 4 700 shares
in the Company at a price of NOK 40.30 per share. Following the
transaction, Nils Morten Huseby holds a total number of 65 000 shares in the
Company.
