Euronext Oslo Børs – Decision on admission to trading – Pelagic Credit Plc.

Euronext Oslo Børs has decided to admit Pelagic Credit Plc. to trading on
Euronext Growth Oslo.
The company is granted an exemption from the requirement in Euronext Growth
Rulebook I section 3.1.13, which requires financial statements for the two (2)
preceding years. It has been considered inter alia that the company has existed
since 6 August 2025 and have prepared audited financial statements in accordance
with Rulebook II section 2.1.3.2 from its time of incorporation until and
including 31 October 2025, as well as unaudited financial information as per 31
December 2025 and 31 January 2026.
It is stipulated that the company prior to the first day of trading satisfies
the admission requirements on Euronext Growth Oslo. The CEO of Euronext Oslo
Børs determines the first day of listing, no later than 27 May 2026.
