Ensurge Micropower ASA (ENSU) announces that the Company's interim report for
the fourth quarter of 2025 will be published on February 23, 2026.

Reason for change

The change is due to practical considerations related to the Company's Chief
Executive Officer, Shauna McIntyre, being present in Norway to present the
results. The new date ensures optimal execution of the results presentation for
investors and other stakeholders.
