The Company reports it was advised by members of management of trading in Common
Shares of the Company on the TSX in Canada as follows:

February 13, 2026 - Sale 34,000 Common Shares @ C$0.234 per Share
Closing Position: 806,000 Common Shares

The Company also reported the Board of Directors approved the grant of 5 million
stock options on February 9, 2026 to the following individuals at an exercise
price of C$0.265 per Common Share based on the closing price on TSX with such
options expiring on February 8, 2031:

Chief Executive Officer: 4.0 million - closing position : 12,520,000
Chief Financial Officer: 1.0 million - Closing position : 7,060,000
