Successful issuance and tap issue of bonds

Olav Thon Eiendomsselskap ASA

Olav Thon Eiendomsselskap ASA, rated Baa2 (positive) by Moody’s, has today
issued NOK 750 million in a new senior unsecured bond issue with maturity date
20 November 2030. The bond issue has a coupon of 3 months NIBOR + 0.78% p.a. and
the settlement date will be 20 February 2026.

Olav Thon Eiendomsselskap ASA has also issued NOK 300 million in the senior
unsecured bond with ISIN NO0013726331 with maturity 17 February 2031. The issue
was placed at a price swapped to an interest rate of 3 months NIBOR + 0.81% p.a.
The outstanding volume after the issuance is NOK 1,300 million and the
settlement date will be 17 February 2026.

An application will be made for the bonds to be listed on Oslo Børs.

DNB Carnegie and Nordea acted as Managers for the issuance.
