In connection with decision on bonus to employees of Sparebanken Møre, the bank
has today transferred a total of 64,750 own Equity Capital Certificates (ECC) at
price NOK 113.50 to the employees. CEO is not included in the bonus arrangement.
Following the completion of the transaction, Sparebanken Møre owns a total of
166,391 ECC’s, corresponding to 0.33% of Sparebanken Møre’s ECC.
This information is subject to disclosure requirements of the Norwegian
Securities Trading Act section 5-12.
