Sentia delivers record results

Sentia ended 2025 with continued solid growth and the strongest quarterly
result in the company's history. The fourth-quarter results confirm the
company's strong operational execution and are supported by robust operating
cash flow.

Revenue in the fourth quarter amounted to MNOK 3 158 (2 597), representing a
growth of 21,6 percent versus the same period last year. For the full year
2025, Sentia delivered a revenue of MNOK 11 772 (10 531), corresponding to
a11,8 % growthrate. Profits before tax for the quarter were MNOK 227 (119),
while profit before tax for the year ended at MNOK 731 (640). This equals
profit margins of 7,2% (4,6%) in the quarter and 6,2% (6,1%) for the full
year. The results are supported by strong cash flow from operations of MNOK
860 (790) for the quarter and MNOK 1015 (919) for the full year 2025.

The overall results for 2025 confirms Sentia's positive development throughout
the year. The company delivered solid profitability, with a strong cash
generationand further
strengthening of the company's net financial position. At year-end 2025,
Sentia had a strong net financial position of MNOK 4 135.

Based on the year's results, the Board will propose a dividend of NOK 5,50 per
share for the 2025 financial year.
