Euronext Oslo Børs – Decision on admission to trading – Gulf Keystone Petroleum Limited

Euronext Oslo Børs has decided to admit Gulf Keystone Petroleum Limited to
trading on Euronext Growth Oslo.

It is stipulated that the company prior to the first day of trading satisfies
the admission requirements on Euronext Growth Oslo. The CEO of Euronext Oslo
Børs determines the first day of listing, no later than the 26 May 2026.
