As announced 27 January 2026 KONGSBERG will purchase up to MNOK 10.7 of own
shares related to the long-term incentive plan.
The stock exchange notice dated 27th of January 2026 stated that shares were to
be purchased from 6th of February 2026. With the transactions announced today
the buy-back program related to the long-term incentive program 2026 is
completed.
