Tieto publishes its Annual Report 2025, including the Report by the Board of
Directors, Financial Statements, the Corporate Governance Statement and
Remuneration Report for the financial year 1 January-31 December 2025. The
Sustainability Statement, prepared in accordance with the Corporate
Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the relevant Finnish legislation,
is included as part of the Report by the Board of Directors.

-relations/)and as an attachment to this release. The company publishes its
annual financial statements also in accordance with the European Single
