Moreld ASA: Key information relating to cash dividend

Stavanger, 12 February 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange
announcements by Moreld ASA ("Moreld") earlier today regarding the publishing
of the financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2025 and the
board of directors' resolution to distribute dividends. As set out therein,
the board of directors has resolved to distribute a dividend in the amount of
NOK 0.42 per share for Q1 2026.

The dates relevant for the dividend distribution are set out below:

Dividend amount: NOK 0.42 per share
Announced currency: NOK
Last day including right: 13 February 2026
Ex-date: 16 February 2026
Record date: 17 February 2026
Payment date: On or about 24 February 2026
Date of approval: 11 February 2026

The distribution shall constitute repayment of paid-in capital, except for
shareholders where it is documented that the paid-in capital is lower than the
distribution, in which case the distribution will be treated as ordinary
dividend.
