Elmera Group ASA: Q4 results – Increased EBIT despite lower volume sold
12 Feb 2026 07:00 CET
Issuer
ELMERA GROUP ASA
Elmera Group recorded an adjusted net revenue of NOK 463m in the fourth quarter
of 2025, compared to NOK 486m in the fourth quarter of 2024. Adjusted EBIT
increased to NOK 159m, from NOK 154m in Q4 2024.
Adjusted EBIT increased year-over-year despite a 5% volume decrease, driven by
both milder weather, phase-out of low-margin tender customers in the Business
segment and the run-off of legacy contracts in the Nordic segment.
Norgespris was introduced on 1 October, and after some initial churn, the
customer growth trend in the Consumer segment turned positive through the
quarter.
- I am very satisfied with the Group’s ability to increase our profitability
year on year, even though we are exposed to extraordinary weather conditions and
volatility in the power market also this quarter, says CEO Rolf Barmen
- I am also very satisfied with how our commercial organisation has handled the
introduction of Norgespris, and the customer growth trend continues into 2026,
says Barmen.
A dividend of NOK 2.0 per share has been proposed for 2025.
The group is targeting an adjusted operating profit (EBIT adj.) in the area of
NOK 550m for 2026.
Please find attached the quarterly report and quarterly presentation.
Results presentation: 12 February 2026 at 08.00 CET.
