B2 Impact ASA: Exercise of Employee Share Options

Employees of B2 Impact ASA ("the Company") have on the 12th of February 2026
exercised 1,143,333 share options. After this share option exercise, the
Company has 2.566.666 outstanding share options.

The following primary insiders have exercised share options:

- George Christoforou, CSAM: 240,000 options

- Endre Solvin-Witzø, CIO: 700,000 options

The primary insider above transferred part of the rights to receive shares
resulting from the exercise to a third party in return for a net sales proceed
which will be finally determined on the basis of the market price subsequently
obtained by the third party. The sole purpose of the transfer is to in turn
cover the strike price and taxes incurred by the exercise-to-hold of the
remainder of the options.

Further to the share option exercise, the Company will issue 1,143,333 new
shares, pursuant to the authorisation granted to the board of directors to
issue new shares, as granted on the Company's annual general meeting on 22 May
2025.

Following the issue of the new shares, the Company's share capital will be NOK
37,087,048.50 consisting of 370,870,485 shares each with a par value of NOK
0.10.
