The board of directors has decided in its meeting today to propose the following
dividend payment to be resolved by the Annual General Meeting on 30 April 2026.

Record date: 5 May 2026
Payment date: 20 May 2026
Date of approval: 30 April 2026

The board of directors has further decided to propose to the Annual General
Meeting on 30 April 2026 that the board is authorised to distribute additional
dividends of up to NOK 8.50 per share until the Annual General Meeting in 2027,
but no longer than to 30 June 2027.
