Gigante Salmon AS: Ex potential subsequent offering today

Reference is made to the announcement by Gigante Salmon AS (the "Company") on 11
February 2026 regarding the completion of a private placement of new shares, and
that the Company is considering conducting a subsequent share offering (the
"Subsequent Offering") with non-tradeable subscription rights for up to
5,333,333 new shares in the Company.

The shares in the Company will be traded exclusive the right to participate in
the Subsequent Offering as from today, 11 February 2026.
