Reference is made to Elopak ASA's ("Elopak", Oslo Børs Ticker: ELO)
announcement earlier today, February 10, 2026, regarding key information
relating to the proposed cash dividend for the second half of 2025.

The announcement contained some incorrect dates. Below is the corrected key
information:

Dividend amount: EUR 0.102 per share

Declared currency: EUR
Last day including right: 13 May 2026
Ex-date: 15 May 2026
Record date: 18 May 2026
Payment date: 27 May 2026
Date of approval: the proposed cash dividend is subject to approval by the
annual general meeting of Elopak ASA on 13 May 2026

Other information: The cash dividend per share in NOK will be communicated on
the 21 May 2026.
