Sequa Petroleum N.V. in voluntary liquidation

In accordance with the results of the EGM held 21 August 2025, as of 3 February 2026 Sequa Petroleum N.V. (the Company) has stopped all activities and has been dissolved. The legal entity has entered into voluntary liquidation to settle its obligations with its remaining assets.
