Solstad Maritime ASA - Letter Of Intent for CSV Normand Navigator

Solstad Maritime ASA ("SOMA") is pleased to announce a Letter Of Intent with an
international subsea contractor for the CSV Normand Navigator.

The contract will commence in Q2 2026 and has a duration of 450 days, with
further options thereafter.

Under the agreement, Normand Navigator will support the client's operations
worldwide. As part of the charter party, Solstad Maritime will deliver, with
support from Omega Subsea AS, two work class ROVs with full manning, as well as
tooling and survey services.

The commercial terms and conditions are confidential between the parties.
