Proposed dividend of NOK 9.70 per share for the financial year 2025

The Telenor Board of Directors will propose a total dividend of NOK 9.70 per
share for the financial year 2025 to the Annual General Meeting in May 2026.

The dividend will be split into two tranches of NOK 5.00 and NOK 4.70 per share
to be paid in June and October 2026, respectively. The total ordinary dividends
proposed for the financial year 2025 is NOK 13.3 billion. The two tranches will
have separate ex. dividend and record dates.

The expected dividend dates for 2026 will be available at Telenor Group’s
investor site on www.telenor.com/investors/.
