Presentations of Kongsberg Maritime and KONGSBERG

6 February 2026 As previously announced, Kongsberg Gruppen ASA (KONGSBERG) has
decided to establish Kongsberg Maritime as a separate listed company. This
decision was approved at an Extraordinary General Meeting of KONGSBERG on 22
January 2026, with the listing planned for Euronext Oslo Børs in April 2026.

As part of the preparations for the demerger and listing of Kongsberg Maritime,
the incoming CEOs – Eirik Lie of KONGSBERG and Lisa Edvardsen Haugan of
Kongsberg Maritime – will present the two companies today, 06.02.2026. Their
presentations will take place following KONGSBERG’s fourth-quarter 2025 results
presentation.

Kongsberg Maritime is an innovative, global technology partner for a maritime

regulatory requirements for modernization and more efficient and safe
