Notice of Increase of Share Capital

With reference to the stock exchange announcements dated 4 January 2026
regarding the exercise of options by primary insider Benjamin Miklozek.

Following registration with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw.
Foretaksregisteret), the Company’s share capital amounts to NOK 31,501,528.50,
divided into 630,030,570 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.05.

Upon completion of the transaction, Benjamin Miklozek, together with related
parties, holds directly and indirectly a total of 13,115,000 shares in the
Company.
