ASP Data Center Signs New Lease contract with an AI Enterprise customer and Announces Strategic Review

Asp Data Center AS (the “Company” or “Asp Data Center”) has entered into a
significant lease agreement with an AI enterprise customer. The agreement is for
3 megawatt of IT capacity at one of the Company’s data center facilities. The
agreement represents an important milestone in delivering on Asp Data Center’s
ambitious growth strategy. The lease will commence on March 6, 2026, with an
initial term of five (5) years, followed by automatic annual renewals of one (1)
year each, for up to an additional five (5) years in total.
This agreement strengthens the Company’s position as a key provider of modern
and sustainable data center capacity to the rapidly expanding AI sector,
supporting Asp Data Center’s goal of driving profitable and long-term growth in
a market characterized by strong demand.
In a separate announcement today, Asp Eiendom AS, the 100% owner of Asp Data
Center, confirmed that it has initiated a strategic review of its ownership in
Asp Data Center. The review will evaluate a range of strategic alternatives,
including a potential sale of up to 100% of the shares in the Company. The
strategic review comes as a result of rapid growth and the need for additional
capital to execute on its growth plans to deploy +500MW for hyperscalers and
neocloud customers over the coming 5 years. DNB Carnegie has been appointed as
financial advisor to the Company.
